What we collect

Only what you choose to send us: the name, company, email address, phone number and project details you enter in our enquiry form, or send by email or phone. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website, and we do not create user accounts.

How the enquiry form works

Form submissions are relayed to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service, which processes them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses in its logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and carry out any work you ask us to do. We rely on your consent when you send an enquiry, and on legitimate business purposes for records we must keep.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting order, and afterwards only as long as Indian law requires for business records.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above, or where the law requires us to.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Email info@metalcraftindia.co.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
